PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of Medical Supply, in Lansdale, PA.
We are now hiring Material Handler who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Material Handler Job Summary

$18.00/hr
1st shift M – F 7:30am – 4:00pm
Forklift Experience is Mandatory
Candidates MUST BE LOCAL (Lansdale, PA)
Must have computer basic knowledge
Use of scanner
Will be working in warehouse environment
Will be utilizing paper/digital manifest
Loading/Unloading
Putting boxes into conveyor lines

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to move materials within the warehouse.
Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate shipping and receiving.
Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance efficiency in the distribution center.

Qualifications

The ability to understand and follow safety and other operational directions in English, or translated from English, irrespective of your native language
Prior handling, fulfillment, warehouse or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of small package and conveyor systems
The ability to lift 5 lbs., but occasionally up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations
The ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodations
Most packages weigh less than 50lbs and automation technology is used to reduce physical labor
