Counter Sales Associate – (East Dallas Location)
Location: 7930 Heinen Dr, Dallas, TX 75227
Pay Rate: $17–$18 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time

About the Role:
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Counter Sales Associate to join our team at our East Dallas location. We’re looking for someone with strong plumbing product knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers at the sales counter with product inquiries, orders, and quotes
Provide accurate product information and recommendations based on customer needs
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized counter and showroom area
Support warehouse and inventory functions as needed

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
Plumbing product knowledge or experience in a similar industry strongly preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (experience with POS systems a plus)

Compensation & Benefits:

$17–$18 per hour (depending on experience)
