CNC Machinist (Level 1 & Level 3) – 1st Shift

Schedule: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: Variable, based on experience and skill level
Location: Grand Prairie

About the Role:
We’re currently hiring CNC Machinists for both Level 1 and Level 3 positions on 1st shift. These roles are ideal for candidates with strong machining experience who are ready to contribute to a fast-paced, precision-focused manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC mills and lathes
Program and modify parts using Mastercam
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Experience operating CNC mills and lathes
Proficiency in Mastercam programming
Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work early morning shifts

Preferred:

Prior experience as a CNC Machinist (Level 1 or 3)
Knowledge of GD&T and precision measuring instruments
