MAIN DUTIES: • Perform inspections and tests according to company quality plans and protocols using precision measuring tools and lab equipment. • Provide feedback to machine operators according to company standards and policy. • Report all non-conforming quality issues to lead/supervisor immediately that are related, but not limited, to production. • Issue hold tags and non-conformance reports. • Ensure quality reports, production documents and calibrations are accurate and conform to company policy. • Communicate issues and problems in daily shift meetings between shifts. • Perform data entry reliably and accurately. • Report food safety and quality concerns to personnel of authority to initiate action. • Fill in for Packer absences as needed on the bag lines. • Occasional lifting up to 50lbs. • Other duties as assigned • Ability to work overtime KEY SKILLS: • Previous manufacturing experience is preferre
