We are now hiring Printer Operators who are team players, versatile, and dependable!
Printer Operator Job Summary
- Pay: $15/hr.
- Seasonal Position at least through end of January 2026 with possibility of going full-time.
- Available Shifts:
- 2nd Shift – 3pm-11pm
- 2nd Split Shift – 3pm-1am
- 3rd Shift – 11pm-7am
- Pick your schedule from the following:
- Schedule A – Sunday-Friday (Off Saturday)
- Schedule B – Tuesday-Sunday (Off Monday)
- Schedule C – Thursday-Sunday - only available for 3pm-1am shift (Off Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
- Operate, configure, and monitor digital and continuous-form production printers including: Canon digital print systems, Xerox production print platforms, Iridesse Production, HP Inkjet Web Press
- Perform print job setup, including job ticket review, file validation, material selection, and system alignment
- Ensure print output meets quality control standards
- Load and unload print stock correctly while maintaining
Printer Operator Required Qualifications
- HSD or GED Required
- At least 1 year of production print experience (digital or continuous feed)
- Familiarity with print workflow software such as Fiery Printer Server or printer queue/RIP tools
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
- Ability to lift and move print stock safely, up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment.
Printer Operator Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within print & mail operations supporting:
- Remittance print environment
- Post-print mail automation lines
- Postal presort or mailing compliance knowledge
- Basic mechanical aptitude or prior interaction with production maintenance teams.
