Temp to Hire!
- 1st Shift 6am-4:30pm
- Up to $25/hour based on experience
- Monday-Thursday
Strut Mill Operator Job Summary
- 2 years of strut mill operator experience
- 4 years of manufacturing experience operating machines and/or mechanical work
- Responsible for change-over and operation
- Prepare proper labels for productions, ensure stamps are correct and fill out the required documentation
- Perform quality checks and proper labels for production
- 2 years of manufacturing experience
- CNC/ Welding / Mechanical experience is highly recommended
- Perform minor machine maintenance
- Able to read schematics
Strut Mill Operator Qualifications
- Must be able to cross train
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Great attendance is a must.
- Ability to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Must be able to lift and/or pull 60 lbs.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
