PROMAN Staffing is seeking a Shipping & Warehouse Associate to join a leading textile manufacturing and distribution facility in Potosi, MO. This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Location: Potosi, MO
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately pick and pack textile products based on customer orders
- Prepare and label shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Unload and inspect incoming deliveries for damage or discrepancies
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and store items in designated areas
- Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Operate pallet jacks and assist with loading/unloading as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer or scanner knowledge; forklift certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
