We are now hiring Powder Coat Supervisors who are team players, versatile, and dependable!
Powder Coat Supervisor Job Summary
- $19-$21/HR
- 6:00AM-4:30PM MON-THURS **Fridays as needed
- Monitor resources to ensure equipment is performing to standards.
- Train and coach line personnel
- Ensure product fully meets customer quality expectations
- Effective communication skills with reports and managers
Powder Coat Supervisor Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing Supervisory
- 2 or more years of experience in services related to powder coating
- Ability to read and monitor quality checks from drawing
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
