Proman are seeking an experienced Clamp Forklift Operator to support inbound warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has strong clamp forklift experience, communicates well, and works effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Daily tasks include unloading inbound freight, staging materials, using warehouse systems, and following all safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a clamp forklift for inbound freight
- Unload, move, and accurately stage incoming materials
- Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
- Use computers or warehouse systems for receiving and inventory
- Inspect inbound products for damage or discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
Requirements
- 2–5 years of clamp forklift experience (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual English & Spanish (required)
- Steel-toed boots required
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Good personality / team-oriented attitude
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior warehouse or inbound receiving experience
- Forklift certification (preferred, not required)
