PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer of plastic lighting enclosures for commercial applications to assist them in finding a special parts and fabrication technician to join their team located in Festus, MO.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm
Starting Pay: $20.00
Location: Festus, MO.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform the following production methods: Custom Blow Molding, Vacuum forming, CNC operations and other Fabrication.
- Use ovens to heat and form raw materials.
- Properly set tools and machines for production runs.
- Fabricate finished goods by routing, trimming, drilling, gluing & polishing product.
- Follow drawings, prints and production instructions to spec.
- Use a ruler, tape measure and calipers for dimension analysis.
- Quality control responsibilities for manufactured products.
- Pack and label product.
Ideal candidate will:
- Stand / walk 7+ hours daily
- Safely lift 45 lbs.
- Maintain attention to detail
- Possess good communication skills both verbal and written
- Work independently with minimal supervision, yet work effectively with team members.
- Be capable of multi-tasking and managing time efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in plastic mold injection required.
- CNC knowledge required
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Quality control experience required.
