PROMAN Staffing is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Picker/Packer to
support operations within a leading textile manufacturing facility. This role involves accurately
selecting and preparing textile products for shipment while maintaining quality standards and
adhering to safety protocols in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Location: Potosi, MO
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Starting Pay$15.00/ hr.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately pick textile products in accordance with customer orders using handheld
scanners or manual picking lists
• Pack products securely utilizing appropriate packaging materials, ensuring accurate
labeling and documentation for shipment
• Conduct quality inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies and report any issues
promptly
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and maintaining an
organized warehouse environment
• Prepare shipments for timely dispatch and assist with loading as required
• Adhere to all health, safety, and operational procedures to maintain a safe work
environment
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or textile production environment is
preferred
• Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding
tasks including standing and walking for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team setting
• Proficiency in operating handheld scanners and familiarity with warehouse management
systems is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
