Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Maintenance / Cleaning Associate to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout our warehouse facility. This role requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities
Cleaning & Facility Maintenance
· Sweep, mop, and maintain warehouse floors daily
· Remove pallet debris, shrink wrap, cardboard, and trash from work areas
· Empty trash and recycling bins throughout warehouse and office spaces
· Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies
· Clean break room, offices, and shared spaces
· Maintain loading dock cleanliness and exterior entryways
· Assist with dust control and general facility upkeep
Warehouse Support
· Break down and dispose of cardboard (operate baler if certified/trained)
· Organize pallets and maintain clear aisles
· Ensure emergency exits remain unobstructed
· Support receiving/shipping area cleanliness
· Assist with light material handling as needed
· Support special cleanup projects or reorganization tasks
Minor Maintenance
· Replace light bulbs and report maintenance issues
· Perform minor repairs (touch-up paint, tightening fixtures, etc.)
· Immediately report safety hazards or equipment issues

Requirements
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
· Comfortable working in warehouse conditions (dust, noise, temperature changes)
· Must follow all warehouse safety protocols and wear required PPE
· Reliable attendance and punctuality required
· Previous warehouse or cleaning experience preferred
