Duties

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in various areas of the facility, including restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
Maintain outdoor areas by clearing debris.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.
Experience

Previous experience in maintenance or custodial roles is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with basic repair techniques and cleaning methods is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintenance challenges.
Must speak English
