Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a commercial insurance book of business.
- Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and strategic sales activities.
- Provide responsive, knowledgeable service to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Maintain organized records and uphold the agency’s ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Commercial Insurance Experience: Proven success in commercial lines sales or account management.
- Carrier & Market Access Knowledge: Strong familiarity with multiple carriers, underwriting guidelines, and available market options.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close business, and consistently meet production goals.
- Client Service Skills: Detail‑oriented, responsive, and dedicated to client satisfaction and long‑term relationship building.
- Professionalism: Organized, reliable, and ethical in handling client accounts and agency operations.
- Licensure: Active Florida 2-20 (Property & Casualty) license required.
