PROMAN Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist to independently run and manage a CNC machine. This position is ideal for a self-motivated machinist who is comfortable working alone, requires little oversight, and takes pride in producing high-quality, accurate parts. Strong CNC knowledge and attention to detail are essential.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 3:30PM
Over time is required.
Location: Bonne Terre, MO
Wage: $20 - $23.00/hr. determined by experience.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines
Make offsets and adjustments as needed
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Maintain production and quality documentation
Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

Requirements

Strong knowledge of CNC machining (setup and operation required)
Ability to work independently as a team of one
Proven attention to detail and quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Reliable, self-driven, and accountable

Preferred Qualifications

CNC programming experience (G-code or conversational)
Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes
Experience in tight-tolerance manufacturing
