What You’ll Do
- Partner directly with organizational leaders as their trusted HR advisor.
- Build leadership development pathways, workshops, cohorts, and coaching experiences that actually move the needle.
- Use assessment tools to guide leadership growth and readiness.
- Drive culture initiatives that reinforce trust, inclusion, and organizational values.
- Lead employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and sound judgment.
- Translate workforce data into insights leaders can act on—retention, engagement, performance, and more.
- Support payroll accuracy by partnering with HR and payroll teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Contribute across HR operations: benefits, performance management, documentation, onboarding/offboarding, change management, and more.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or leadership development support.
- Strong background handling employee relations and investigations.
- Ability to turn workforce data into clear recommendations.
- Experience designing or facilitating leadership development highly preferred.
- HR certifications (SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) or leadership assessment credentials are a plus.
