Job Summary: Proman Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as temporary workers. (Most of our roles are temp-to-hire, but occasionally we do have temporary-only work for 4+ weeks!)

This is a general application for a variety of assignments across multiple industries, including manufacturing, warehouse, production, and light industrial roles. Assignments may vary in length and responsibilities based on client needs.

Responsibilities:

Perform assigned tasks efficiently and safely according to client instructions.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all company and client policies, including safety procedures.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Adapt to different work environments and job duties as required.

Regular attendance. (On time daily, and at your scheduled shifts!)

Basic Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed (specific requirements may vary by assignment).

Must be able to attend your scheduled shifts on time and communicate any changes with your supervisor.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required, however many of our roles do require experience depending on the client and/or role assigned!

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
