Quantity Surveyor – Direct Hire

Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost control, quantity tracking, and financial reporting for industrial installation and machinery relocation projects. This is a direct hire opportunity with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Track quantities, labor, equipment usage, and materials
Compare actual vs. budgeted costs and identify variances
Review daily reports for accuracy
Support cost‑to‑complete projections and margin tracking
Maintain takeoffs, cost logs, and change order documentation
Review subcontractor quotes, invoices, and material deliveries
Ensure accurate alignment between field data and financial systems

Qualifications

3+ years in industrial construction or machinery installation
Strong cost‑tracking and documentation skills
Proficient in Excel and project software
Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work between field & office
Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Finance preferred
