PROMAN Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Seasonal Outdoor Shop Associate to support equipment operations. This role involves hands‑on work in an outdoor environment and requires the ability to perform physical tasks related to equipment handling and maintenance.
Location: Farmington, MO
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Five (5) days per week
May include Saturdays, with one weekday off when Saturday is worked
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform equipment set‑up and break‑down
- Wash, clean, grease, and service equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area
- Perform job duties outdoors and work in varying weather conditions
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must be available to work Saturdays as needed
