Quality Technician Job Summary
. 1st Shift 7am-3:30
· $26-27/hour
. Perform visual check on all finished products
. Performs routine Incoming and In-process dimensional and visual inspections
. Inspects product samples to evaluate the quality of the full product batch prior to release to finished goods inventory.
· Initiate Non-Conforming Material reports as required
· Identify and ensure the movement of non-conforming materials to designated quarantine areas
· Input accurate and timely data into quality reporting system
. Ensure inspections are timely, effective and routinely maintained
. Trains the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
. Perform product and manufacturing process audits on the shop floor
. Communication quality issues found
. Performs required SAP Transactions
Quality Technician Job Qualifications
· Must be able to use measuring devices
. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and information
· Proficiency in using inventory management software and technical tools
. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage inventory control simultaneously
. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
