Warehouse Administrative Clerk
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
Location: Carteret, NJ
Position Summary
Proman Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Administrative Clerk to support daily operations for a leading global logistics provider. This role is the administrative backbone of the warehouse floor — ideal for a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accurate, organized work.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management
- Track inventory and generate reports
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to resolve operational issues
- Support execution of warehouse processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate, current records and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, and standard office software
- Clear communication and sound problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, high-volume environment
Working Conditions
Indoor office setting with occasional time on the warehouse floor. Extended periods of sitting and walking. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
