What You’ll Do
- Lead process improvements, root cause analysis & corrective actions
- Drive lean initiatives and reduce manufacturing waste
- Improve quality across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Manage non-conformances, audits, and quality trends
- Partner with operations, engineering, and suppliers
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)
- 2+ years in manufacturing, quality, or process engineering
- Lean/continuous improvement experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
