PROMAN Staffing is hiring a Manufacturing Process Technician / Lead Operator. This position requires strong attendance, reliability, and the ability to stay productive in a fast-paced environment. If you are not dependable or cannot stay on task, this is not the role for you.
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and monitoring production equipment while helping keep workflow on track. You will be hands-on in production while also assisting with daily coordination of tasks and supporting the team.
Production & Operations
- Set up, start, and shut down production equipment and machinery
- Mix raw materials as required for production
- Monitor product quality and production output
- Make basic adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality
- Inspect finished products for accuracy
- Maintain production logs and records
- Package, label, and stage finished goods
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures at all times
Lead / Team Support
- Assist with assigning daily tasks and keeping production on schedule
- Communicate any delays or issues to leadership
- Support inventory and material tracking
- Work alongside team to maintain productivity
- Help train new employees when needed
Requirements
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to lift and work in a physical environment
- Forklift experience is a plus
Schedule & Location
- Monday – Thursday
- 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Desloge, MO
Starting Pay
- $15.00+/hour
Pay Range: $15.00-$18.00/hr - (based on experience)
Work Environment
- Industrial manufacturing setting
- Working around machinery and materials
- PPE required
