Production Technician / Tool Changer – 1st Shift

PROMAN Staffing is hiring for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role requiring daily tool changes and production floor work. Reliability, attendance, and mechanical ability are critical.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Call-ins, lateness, and missed shifts will not be tolerated. You must have your own reliable transportation. This is a fast-paced environment, and you must stay productive the entire shift. Standing all shift and lifting up to 50 lbs. is required.
Key requirements (must meet all):
- Own reliable transportation (no rides)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attendance history (verified)
- Manufacturing experience required
- Plastic injection molding tool change experience REQUIRED
- Stand full shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Complete, accurate resume with all jobs and dates
Key responsibilities:
- Perform tool changes and assist with machine setups
- Support vacuum molding and injection molding operations
- Work on the production floor when not changing tools
- Trim, inspect, and measure products
- Perform quality checks
- Package and label finished goods
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude required
- Ability to work with speed and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and consistent
