Sawmill Laborer – Heavy Outdoor Work

$15.00/hour + Attendance Bonuses
Weekly Pay through PROMAN Staffing!
This is a physically demanding outdoor sawmill position. You will be working in heat, cold, dust, and sawmill conditions daily. This is NOT an indoor or light-duty job.
Key Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license REQUIRED
- Reliable transportation REQUIRED (your own vehicle)
- Start time as early as 5:00 AM
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stay on feet entire shift
- Work in outdoor weather and heavy sawdust daily
- Steel toe boots REQUIRED
- Strict attendance is REQUIRED (no call-ins, tardies, or leaving early)
Job Duties:
- Sort, stack, and move lumber
- Feed material into sawmill machinery
- Handle wood of various sizes in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet production expectations
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Full-time hours
- Overtime as needed based on production
Attendance Bonus (Strict Policy):
- $10 bonus for every full 8-hour shift worked with no interruptions
- $100 bonus after your first 30 days of PERFECT attendance
- Perfect attendance = no absences, no tardies, no leaving early, no appointments
- ANY missed time for ANY reason will disqualify you from the $100 bonus
- Doctor’s notes do not excuse attendance for bonus eligibility
PPE Provided & Required:
