This role will train on Days from 8a-430p Mon-Fri (for 1-2 weeks) and then transition to nights at 2p-1030p Mon-Fri (*Subject to change based on business needs.)

General Warehouse Associate – Job Description
Position Summary:
The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate handling, storage, and shipment of goods. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload inbound containers and verify product against shipping documentation
- Perform re-labeling and re-packaging of products to meet customer or compliance requirements
- Assemble product kits according to specifications (kitting)
- Support inventory remediation initiatives, including cycle counts, adjustments, and quality checks
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment
- Maintain organized and safe work areas within the warehouse
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners)
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Must have a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Basic math and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:
Fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse setting with standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
