PROMAN Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a fast-paced manufacturing environment located in Desloge, MO.
This position requires strong attendance, reliability, and real hands-on experience.

Candidate Summary – Must Have:
- Proven experience with industrial electrical systems
- Hands-on welding experience (not basic or occasional use)
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
- Reliable attendance and transportation – no exceptions
- Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment
- Pipe fitting experience is a plus but not required
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. You will be expected to respond quickly to issues and help keep production running at all times.
Location: Desloge, MO
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:30AM - 5:00PM -subject to mandatory over time
Pay:Based on experience.

Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems
- Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment and machinery
- Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues quickly and effectively
- Assist with installation and modification of equipment
- Perform welding repairs and fabrication as needed
- Support basic pipe fitting and system repairs
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate issues clearly
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
Requirements:
- Strong experience with industrial electrical systems REQUIRED
- Welding experience REQUIRED
- Pipe fitting experience is a plus
- Previous maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on equipment repairs
- Reliable transportation and no attendance issues
- Ability to work in a physical environment (lifting 50lbs. bending, standing)
READ – NON-NEGOTIABLES:
- This is a hands-on, skilled maintenance role – not entry level
- Candidates must be able to troubleshoot and fix equipment without constant supervision
- Attendance is critical – no call-ins or tardiness will not be tolerated
- Must be comfortable working around machinery and in an industrial setting
