Experienced Quality Technician
Location: Arnold, MO

3rd Shift: Sunday – Friday
Hours: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM
Overtime required as needed

Pay: $16.50 – $18.00 per hour, based on experience

PROMAN Staffing is seeking an experienced Quality Technician to support a manufacturing facility in Arnold, MO. This position is responsible for ensuring all products meet established quality standards through detailed inspection, measurement, and documentation processes. Candidates must have prior experience in a manufacturing quality role and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections on manufactured components
Identify defects, inconsistencies, and out-of-spec materials
Use precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications
Accurately complete inspection documentation and reports
Interpret work instructions, specifications, and quality standards
Communicate quality issues and collaborate with production teams
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 1+ year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or similar measuring tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, or specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to detect minor defects
Basic math skills and ability to record accurate measurements
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Strong reliability and attendance record
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

Additional Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work assigned shift and overtime as required
Must pass a background check and drug screening
