PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known facility in MT Juliet TN

We are now hiring Experienced Maintenance Technicians- Warehouse

1st Shift: $27.00/hr

2nd Shift: $28.00/hr

Shift Schedule is as follows:

1st Shift: MON - THU: 5:30 AM - 4 PM

2nd Shift: MON - FRI: 4 PM - 12:30 AM

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Detail Oriented

Steel Toes required

Responsibilities:

Perform emergency and predictive maintenance procedures on electro mechanical conveyor systems.
Responsible for maintenance and calibration of microprocessor based control equipment, general instrumentation and electrical control systems to carry out first line diagnostic, troubleshooting and maintenance work.
Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical and control system failures using technical expertise and accepted diagnostic procedures, tests, calibration equipment and instrumentation including CRT terminals.
Conduct routine and periodic inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of machinery and equipment.
Manage tasks, projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
Working knowledge and demonstrated experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic control systems, Allen Bradley PLC Systems, process control instrumentation, scanners, robotics and 3 phase (480V) Circuits. Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with motors and conveyor systems.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematic diagrams.
Ability to read and comprehend technical operating and maintenance and repair manuals.
Ability to safely operate PIVs and aerial lifts
