PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known company in Owensboro, KY

We are accepting resume's for a Part-time Administrative Assistant who is a team player, versatile, and dependable!

Must be able to pass a drug screen and have a clean criminal background.

Hours:

10:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Monday through Saturday

Must work every Saturday, however you will get one day off during the week.

Job Summary

Provide assistance to all departments as needed to support daily operations.
Maintain a clean and organized store to ensure a welcoming environment for customers and staff.
Answer phones promptly, take accurate messages, and communicate in a pleasant and professional manner.
Greet and assist customers upon arrival in a timely, friendly, and professional manner; follow up with anyone experiencing extended wait times.
Support other departments by scanning and organizing paperwork efficiently.
Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a professional appearance of the workspace.
Monitor and maintain inventory of products and supplies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in basic computer use, including scanning, data entry, and email.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to perform light cleaning and maintain store appearance.
