PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known logistics company in Charlotte, NC to provide a warehouse associate with extensive experience in forklift operation, specifically ocean freight off loading and knowledgeable in accurate measuring using the metric system.
Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator Job Summary
- 7am – 4:30pm
- $20 per hour
- Responsible for unloading/loading/staging of freight
- Measure and verify product using imperial and metric systems
- Ensure proper load distribution for aircraft shipments
- Track inbound/outbound shipments
- Keep accurate logs for audits and compliance
Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be able to measure accurately using the Metric system
- Ability to operate forklift equipment safely and have at least 5 solid years of operation
- Experience with unloading ocean, air, rail shipments a plus!
- Should be able to work independently
