Forklift operator Job Summary
- Tuesday – Friday 8am- 4:30pm
- $21.50
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment; preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience operating a forklift, reach truck, or order picker; preferred.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be organized.
- Ability to switch between tasks effectively.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to efficiently solve problems.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with others as a team
Forklift Operator Responsibilities
- Use material handling (MH) equipment to unload incoming materials from trailers.
- Verify and receive materials into inventory.
- Use MH Equipment to accurately move and stage materials within the warehouse
- Use MH Equipment or other designated means to load goods into trailers or other designated transport vehicles for distribution
