Quality Inspector

Schedule & Pay

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday
Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Position Overview

PROMAN Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a leading technology company specializing in the testing and refurbishment of cable boxes, wireless routers, fiber-optic devices, and mobile phones. This position is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through inspections, testing, and accurate documentation in a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform product inspections, quality audits, and qualification testing.
Conduct basic electrical and functional testing of electronic devices.
Evaluate test results and identify product defects or non-conformities.
Document inspection findings, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
Assist in identifying opportunities for product and process improvements.
Collaborate with technicians, installers, and team leaders to maintain quality standards.
Ensure compliance with established Quality Assurance procedures and policies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Good manual dexterity and ability to handle electronic components.
Ability to read, understand, and interpret test results.
Basic knowledge of electronics and quality inspection processes preferred.
Dependable attendance and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must successfully complete E-Verify, drug screening, and background check requirements.
