Position Overview The Finishing Department plays a critical role in preparing high‑quality label products for final delivery. Team members ensure finished rolls are properly wrapped, packaged, and prepared for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications. This position requires attention to detail, consistency, and a commitment to maintaining production quality.
Job Overview
- $18/ hour
- Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 6am- 4:30pm OR Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5pm
Key Responsibilities
- Wrap finished rolls of labels to protect product integrity and maintain presentation quality.
- Place wrapped rolls into designated boxes following correct counts, labeling, and packaging guidelines.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including sealing boxes, applying shipping labels, and staging completed orders for pickup.
- Inspect finished labels for quality, accuracy, and defects before packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
- Follow all production, safety, and quality procedures as outlined by Resource Label Group.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Prior manufacturing or finishing experience is helpful but not required.
Work Environment
This role is performed in a production facility with exposure to machinery, packaging materials, and moderate noise levels. Safety equipment and training are provided.
