We are now accepting resumes for Pallet Builders who are team players, versatile, and dependable!
Hours & Shift:
Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Days: Monday thru Friday
Job Summary
- Construct, repair, and assemble wooden pallets according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Operate hand and power tools to cut, fasten, and inspect pallet components.
- Ensure pallets are durable, meet customer requirements, and are completed within production deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Work Environment:
- Indoor and outdoor work areas, depending on the facility.
- Exposure to wood dust, noise, and vibrations from power tools and machinery.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a non-temperature controlled environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations
- Good hand‑eye coordination and depth perception
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Ability to read and follow instructions in English
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
