Manufacturing Production Operator / General Laborer

Location: Morris, IL
Union Position

All shifts available

Pay Range 20.09-$20.70 (PLUS $2 Attendance Bonus)

Job Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Mix batches of materials according to established formulas and specifications
Pick and gather raw materials needed for production formulas
Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards
Perform general labor duties throughout the plant as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with material handling, packaging, and other production-related tasks

Qualifications

Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
Ability to accurately follow formulas, procedures, and safety guidelines
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Must be reliable and committed to excellent attendance

Work Environment

This is a true manufacturing plant environment. The facility is not temperature controlled, so employees should be comfortable working in varying temperatures throughout the year.

Employees who achieve perfect attendance will be rewarded with an additional $2.00 per hour, recognizing their dedication and commitment.
