We are hiring for Warehouse Lead
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20 - $22/HR
Warehouse Lead Summary:
- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and on-time order fulfillment.
- Assign, train, and support warehouse associates in receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping functions.
- Monitor inventory control processes and maintain accuracy to meet quality and audit requirements.
- Analyze and manage operational KPIs to drive team performance and continuous improvement.
- Foster a safe, organized, and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
Warehouse Lead Requirements:
- 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or 3PL experience, with demonstrated leadership or team coordination responsibilities.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience operating material handling equipment, including stand-up forklifts, counterbalance forklifts, and cherry/order pickers.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of inventory control, warehouse safety practices, and quality standards to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
