PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known leader in engineering repair and logistics services and is currently hiring for a Tech B position in Tolleson, Arizona.
Position Details
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday
Hours: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.67 per hour
Tech B Summary
The Tech B Technician is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic components while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic components.
Analyze and diagnose issues down to the component level.
Complete repair orders and projects efficiently and on time.
Read and interpret schematic diagrams.
Adhere to quality and performance standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all warehouse safety regulations and ESD policies.
Handle hard drive devices with care and attention to ESD standards.
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of technology systems, electronic circuit components, and electronic theory.
Experience using test equipment such as:
Oscilloscopes
Signal Generators
Volt Meters
Skilled in soldering and de-soldering techniques.
Ability to perform both surface mount and through-hole soldering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot to the component level.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
