We are now hiring an AR Specialist who is a team player, versatile, and dependable!
Job Summary
- Pay depends on Experience
- 7:30 to 5 Monday -Thursday Friday 8am to 2pm
- Detail-Oriented and dependable
- Processing customer payments
- Maintain accurate AR records
- Proactively collecting outstanding balances from customers
- Secondary responsibilities include- customer service and supporting the accounting Dept with admin and accounting related task
Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable, collections or accounting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excell
- Experience using accounting or ERP software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional, courteous, and handle sensitive financial information
- Ability to lift 20 lbs
- Ability to remain seated for long periods of time
