This is a Direct Hire opportunity, allowing qualified candidates to go directly onto the client's payroll from day one.
Production Supervisor Job Summary
- Direct Hire opportunity with established manufacturers

- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

- Monitor production efficiency and performance
Production Supervisor Qualifications
- 2+ years’ manufacturing supervisory experience preferred
- 3+ years’ experience with blow molding, injection molding, or plastic packaging preferred
- Experience leading and developing production teams
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and GMP procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency and data entry skills required
- Experience managing labor, productivity, and performance metrics
