We are hiring a Production Operator in Plymouth, MN
Shift: Friday-Sunday 5PM-5:30AM (12-hour shifts, 3 days a week)
Pay Rate: $22.20/hr
Production Operator Summary:
- Operate manufacturing equipment to convert raw materials into finished products
- Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to ensure products meet specs
- Maintain accurate inventory and production records
- Support production schedules and material flow maximize efficiency
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain production output
Production Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor manufacturing processes and perform in-process quality testing
- Record production data and maintain accurate inventory records
- Identify equipment malfunctions and product quality concerns and assist with troubleshooting
- Perform tests including hardness, weight, variation, pH and moisture content
- Read and follow blueprints, subassembly layouts and schematics
Production Operator Requirements:
- High school Diploma or GED required
- Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts and schematics
