Job Summary
The Production Laborer is responsible for manufacturing stormwater products, operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily production goals in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely.
- Load and unload materials.
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Complete required production paperwork.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing or equipment operation experience preferred.
- Experience with hand tools preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Work in non-climate controlled environment. (Extended breaks/hydration essentials provided.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to work around moving machinery and equipment.
Schedule/Shift
- Day Shift: 7am - 4pm- $17/hr
- Monday - Friday
- Overtime and Saturday work may be required due to weather
