We are now hiring Manufacturing Associates for Production Associate who are team players, versatile, and dependable!
The Production Associate role is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations throughout the door components manufacturing process. Production Associates are cooperative and willing to apply their skills in a variety of venues by regularly rotating positions to achieve success. Working safely is a key skill needed in this position.
Production Associate Job Summary
- 1st Shift 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Thursday
- Duties include everything from sweeping and cleaning, to sorting and stacking, to learning the ropes of the Machine Operator job.
- Take pride and great care in checking quality for every order you help fill for our customers.
- Assist Machine Operators
- Take full ownership of your work area and work to achieve Total Quality Management
Production Associate Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
- Must work well in team environment
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds
