Quality Control Technician - Food Manufacturing

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: 3:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00PM- 3:00AM
Work Days: 3 to 6 days per week, depending on production needs (Including weekends)

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Quality Control Technician to join our growing food manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with a company that values commitment, quality, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

Perform quality control inspections throughout the production process
Monitor food safety and quality standards
Document findings and maintain accurate records
Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements
Work closely with production staff to maintain product quality
Identify and report quality concerns promptly

Qualifications

Previous quality control experience required
Experience in food manufacturing strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reliable transportation and dependability are required
Ability to work the assigned schedule and adjust to production needs
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but English-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
Strong work ethic and willingness to grow with the company
