Production Machine Operator
Location: Arnold, MO
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour (depending on shift and experience)
Shifts Available
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 3:45 PM - 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday Night (Friday Morning) | 11:45 PM - 8:00 AM
* possible mandatory over time based on production *

PROMAN Staffing is currently seeking experienced Production Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Arnold, MO. This hands-on position is ideal for candidates with machine operating experience, strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Operators will be responsible for monitoring production processes, performing machine adjustments, maintaining production records, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production goals
- Perform machine start-ups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor product quality and make necessary process corrections
- Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or production concerns
- Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and specifications
- Complete machine changeovers and setup activities as assigned
- Maintain production records and end-of-shift documentation
- Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and team members to ensure efficient production
- Perform routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company quality and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous machine operator, manufacturing, production, or process technician experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to identify quality issues and make process adjustments
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and production requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining productivity
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift materials
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in varying temperatures throughout the year
- Overtime may be required based on production demands
