We are seeking an experienced Shipping associate to Join our team in Duncan/Greenville area.

The successful candidate will have previous hands-on experience in shipping and logistics and be able to step into the role with minimal training.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Process motor freight and courier shipments.
Scan products and shipping documentation accurately.
Create and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) using a Transportation Management System (TMS).
Verify shipment accuracy and ensure orders are completed on schedule.
Assist customers picking up orders at the facility.
Maintain shipping records and documentation.
Support warehouse organization and shipping efficiency.
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications Required

Previous experience in a shipping, logistics, or warehouse shipping role.
Experience preparing motor freight shipments and Bills of Lading.
Familiarity with scanning systems and shipping documentation.
Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) or similar shipping software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with limited training and supervision.
