PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known and respected energy company—a major player in the transportation and storage of natural gas and liquids.
We are currently accepting resumes for an Inventory Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:
- Manage and maintain inventory records accurately.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
- Work with Oracle ERP systems (experience is a plus).
- Support operational needs with a mechanical inclination and basic understanding of combustion engines or civil construction (gas, water, sewer pipeline).
- Collaborate effectively within a team and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Troubleshoot system issues and assist with process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree in business (preferred).
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with Oracle ERP systems (preferred).
- Strong attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Mechanical aptitude or knowledge of civil construction.
- Ability to pick up new skills quickly and retain training.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
Details:
- Start Date: Late January to February.
- Interviews: After the first of the year.
- Pay Scale: Based on experience.
