Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist and Office Coordinator to join our professional team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and clients while ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional Microsoft skillls communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to office management. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service at the front desk.
- Coordinate office supplies procurement, vendor management, and maintain vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and maintaining employee records.
- Manage filing systems, document organization, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Handle general office management duties including mail distribution, supply inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration, Microsoft office,clerical work, or front desk reception roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette..
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, calendar management tools, and filing systems.
