PROMAN Staffing is proud to work with our international manufacturing client to source and hire a Business Development Manager to support their professional car care products line.
We are seeking a high‑impact Business Development Manager to drive national growth across major automotive dealership groups and OEMs throughout the U.S. and Canada.
The ideal candidate brings strong executive‑level relationship skills, financial acumen, and experience selling into automotive fixed‑operations environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with national dealership groups and OEMs to drive program adoption.
- Present data‑driven proposals, ROI models, and actionable business cases to senior dealership leadership.
- Build and execute strategic sales plans aligned with dealership profitability and operational efficiency goals.
- Create financial models, forecasts, and sales metrics to assess growth opportunities.
- Identify market trends within automotive service, EV/hybrid maintenance, and dealer fixed‑ops strategy.
- Support distributor network development by identifying potential partners and enhancing effectiveness of existing ones.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure successful implementation and revenue performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance
- 8+ years of business development, account management, or strategic partnerships within automotive dealerships or automotive aftermarket.
- Strong background working with high‑value B2B sales cycles and long‑term contractual agreements.
- Established network within major dealership groups strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate with dealership principals, fixed‑ops directors, and senior corporate leaders.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and acquisition targets.
