PROMAN Staffing is proud to support our global client in hiring a strategic, experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead their flagship brand.

This high-impact position offers the opportunity to shape the strategic direction, oversee full P&L management, and drive both day-to-day operations and long-term innovation.

The Senior Brand Manager will lead a team of 2–3 and manage one of the company’s largest marketing budgets—playing a pivotal role in defining the future of this category-leading brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the brand’s strategic roadmap, aligning with corporate growth objectives.
Manage full P&L responsibility, optimizing investment and profitability.
Lead innovation strategy and product pipeline, identifying new market opportunities.
Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable growth initiatives.
Oversee brand operations, ensuring flawless execution of campaigns and launches.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and agencies.
Coach and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Present performance updates and strategic plans to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
8–10+ years of progressive brand management experience; CPG experience strongly preferred.
Proven success managing large-scale P&L and marketing budgets.
Demonstrated success leading innovation and brand growth initiatives.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration across all organizational levels.
